Execution protocol

Gated execution. No stage skipped.

ACMX uses a gated transaction process. No required stage is skipped just to move a deal faster, and inspection on its own never triggers release. Closing conditions are always kept separate.

01

Commercial protection

Exit: protection executed before disclosure

Confidentiality, counterparty protection and controlled disclosure are put in place before sensitive commercial information is released.

02

KYC/KYB, AML & compliance

Exit: parties and corridor cleared or escalated

Confirms the identity and authority of every party: incorporation, authorized signatories and beneficial ownership. It also reviews sanctions, end user and end use, and import and export requirements.

03

Conditional commercial confirmation

Exit: conditional commitment reflects the agreed deal

Turns discussions into a documented conditional transaction covering product, specification, quantity, delivery, inspection and payment conditions.

04

Inspection, assay & title verification

Exit: agreed acceptance criteria met

Verifies that the material exists, along with its quantity, packaging, lot and batch, specification and title or release authority. This is done through independent sampling and testing, with umpire testing when results are disputed.

05

Settlement readiness

Exit: payment structure protects both sides

Confirms that the agreed payment mechanism and closing conditions protect buyer and seller before any unconditional release.

06

Closing reconciliation

Exit: all closing instructions satisfied

Confirms that documentary, compliance and inspection conditions, as well as authorized closing instructions, have all been met.

07

Final release & collection

Exit: release authorized, material dispatched

Release, collection or shipment takes place only after every required closing condition is met, in line with the agreed Incoterms.

Transaction-specific structures

No single settlement fits every deal.

The documents within each stage depend on the product, the jurisdiction and the commercial agreement. These are toolkit options, not a promise that every one is used on every transaction.

Delivery

FOB · CIF · ex-warehouse

Loading-port inspection and shipping-document conditions for bulk cargo, and warehouse release for stored material.

Verification

Independent inspection

Representative sampling, independent assay, a retained sealed sample and agreed umpire testing.

Settlement

Escrow · LC · wire

Escrow, documentary letters of credit or other approved structures, matched to the risk and the parties.

Title

Chain of custody

Title and release-authority evidence is tied to the specific lot being sold.
