How ACMX works

A managed transaction operating system.

ACMX turns a buyer or seller mandate into a structured, evidence-backed deal process. It normalizes the requirement, discovers counterparties, verifies companies and material, assesses compliance, supports negotiation, assembles an Executable Offer, and coordinates inspection, finance and logistics. Every decision is kept in one persistent deal state.

The skill pipeline

Seven skills. One record.

The skills are model-agnostic and reusable. Each one has a defined role, reads the shared deal state and returns structured information for the next stage.

DD1

First-pass diligence

Output: findings · evidence gaps · next requests

A rapid screen of an opportunity and its evidence. It classifies each fact as verified, claimed, missing or conflicting, then drafts a market-side enquiry and a source-side request for the missing evidence.

DD2

Deeper diligence

Output: second-stage diligence record

Further verification of counterparty, material and authority when a transaction warrants it before it moves to matching.

03

MATCH

Output: ranked candidates · unresolved gaps

Compares a mandate with qualified counterparties and available supply or demand, using hard filters for specification, geography and compliance.

04

OFFER

Output: Executable Offer

Combines validated components into an option ready for a decision: material, seller, specification, commercial terms, compliance, inspection, logistics, payment and timing.

05

NEGOTIATE

Output: drafts · counteroffers · escalations

Handles questions and counteroffers inside approved commercial limits. Each change creates a new offer version, and anything outside the limits goes to a human.

06

LOGISTICS

Output: movement plan · tracking status

Compares freight, insurance and delivery options against origin, destination, packaging, Incoterm and timing, then tracks execution.

07

EXECUTE

Output: closing status · audit trail

Coordinates gated closing: documentation, compliance, settlement readiness, inspection and release. It runs under the execution protocol.

Specialist agents

Each role has a clear job.

Supporting agents feed the pipeline. None of them can commit a transaction on their own.

Demand intake

Turns RFQs, emails, chats, PDFs and spreadsheets into a structured mandate.

Supplier discovery

Finds potential supply against the mandate and its specification.

Trade intelligence

Identifies companies with evidence of real shipping or buying activity.

Counterparty verification

Checks identity, authority, history and risk flags.

Material verification

Links COAs, assays, lots, title and inspection to the offered material.

Compliance

Builds the checklist: KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, end use, licences.

Pricing

Normalizes quotes and compares economics. It never authorizes a final price.

Documentation

Drafts RFQs, LOIs, POs and contract documents from the approved state.

Finance

Proposes payment and settlement structures suited to the risk.

Logistics

Freight, insurance, documentation and shipment status.

Negotiation

Drafts replies and counters inside approved limits.

Human transaction manager

Owns exceptions and every critical decision. This is the approval authority.

Persistent deal state

Nothing is silently overwritten.

Quotes are kept as versioned snapshots. Evidence, contradictions and expiry dates stay visible for the whole life of the deal.

Approval gates

Three levels of authority.

Automation handles the routine work, and the workflow stops at any point where a commitment is made.

Automated

Routine work

Research, extraction, normalization, qualification, routine document requests, standard follow-ups, comparisons, scoring and negotiation inside expressly approved limits.

Approval

Commercial changes

Final pricing changes, material changes to payment terms, exclusivity, major specification deviations, unusual terms and protected counterparty disclosure.

Human only

Binding decisions

Contract acceptance, bank and payment instructions, letter-of-credit acceptance, material legal commitments, high-risk compliance exceptions and final release.

Counterparty discovery

Find the companies that actually trade.

Trade intelligence takes discovery beyond directory searches to companies with evidence of real commodity activity.

01

Normalize the requirement

Product names and synonyms, HS classification where appropriate, corridors, quantity and time window.

02

Search trade intelligence

Identify the producers, suppliers, traders and buyers that have shipped or received the product.

03

Validate & enrich

Remove duplicate company identities, confirm operating relevance, and add professional contact data and available evidence.

04

Rank

By product fit, relevant history, geography, producer or end-user status, evidence and contactability.

05

Controlled outreach

Business email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, with duplicate suppression, do-not-contact controls and pacing.

06

Log, interpret, return

Every action and reply is attached to the transaction. Responses update the deal state and trigger verification, matching or negotiation.

Security & governance

Built for controlled disclosure.

ACMX is designed around the principles below. No certification or regulated status is implied by the platform design.

Private by default

Transaction data is access-controlled, and public and private counterparty information are kept apart.

Auditable

Documents and offers are versioned, with a full history of agent runs, approvals and communications.

Compliance-led

KYC/KYB, AML and sanctions workflows, with human review of every exception.
