The problem

Deals don't fail for lack of messages.

They fail because information is scattered across chats, documents and intermediaries, while the critical questions about identity, evidence, material, compliance and execution stay unresolved.

A licence

does not automatically prove current stock.

A COA

does not automatically prove the inspected material is the material being offered.

An offer

does not automatically prove title or allocation.

A requirement

does not automatically prove a transaction can close.

ACMX turns WhatsApp threads, PDFs, COAs, assays, licences, photographs, spreadsheets and voice notes into one structured, evidence-led transaction state.

How it works

One mandate. One deal state. Six steps.

AI speeds up research and execution work. Authorized people keep control of every binding decision.

01

Tell us what you need

Commodity, specification, quantity, destination, timing and commercial requirements, for either the buy side or the sell side.

02

We search beyond listings

Existing networks, trade intelligence and targeted discovery find the companies that actually take part in the trade.

03

Evidence is separated from claims

Corporate, material and transaction evidence is organized and verified step by step. Gaps and contradictions stay visible.

04

We build executable options

Qualified supply or demand is combined with commercial, compliance, inspection, finance and logistics requirements.

05

Humans control critical decisions

Final terms, payment instructions, binding documents and release are approved by authorized people. They are never left to automation.

06

The transaction stays connected

Every offer, document, response, approval and execution step stays linked to the same transaction record.

The skill pipeline

Reusable skills on one persistent deal state.

Each skill reads and updates the same record. Information isn't lost when a deal moves from diligence to negotiation or execution.

  1. DD1First-pass diligence: verified, claimed, missing, conflicting

The Executable Offer

More than a supplier lead.

When an element is still unresolved, it stays visible instead of being hidden behind a listing.

Material

Product & specification

Grade, purity, tolerances, quantity and evidence status.

Counterparty

Qualified & authorized

Legal entity, role, authority and verification status.

Commercial

Terms & payment

Commercial basis, payment structure and validity, all versioned.

Execution

Path to delivery

Compliance, inspection plan, logistics basis and delivery route.

Evidence

Know what has actually been proven.

This distinction turns a folder of documents into a diligence record you can act on.

Claimed

Asserted by someone, but not yet supported.

Document-backed

A relevant document has been received.

Counterparty-confirmed

Confirmed directly by the responsible party.

Independently verified

Checked through an independent source or third party.

Transaction-verified

Supported by actual execution history.

Human supervision

AI does the work. Humans keep the authority.

  • Research and trade-data analysis

Why ACMX

Not another listing site.

A listing tells you that somebody says they have material. ACMX works out what can be verified, what is missing and what must happen before the transaction can be executed.

01

Mandate-first

Work starts from a defined requirement, not from a catalogue of listings.

02

Executable Offers, not raw leads

Every component needed to close is assembled, and its evidence status is shown.

03

Persistent, evidence-backed deal state

Versioned offers, visible gaps and contradictions, and a complete audit history.

04

Discovery through execution

Diligence, compliance, negotiation, inspection, finance coordination and logistics happen in one workflow.

05

Controlled disclosure

Counterparties enter a private transaction environment only after verification.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is ACMX?

ACMX is a managed transaction desk and operating system for critical-mineral and selected physical-commodity transactions.

Is ACMX a marketplace?

Not in the conventional sense. ACMX can draw on marketplace and trade-data information, but its main role is to move a specific mandate through discovery, verification and execution.

What is an Executable Offer?

It is a transaction option where the key components (material, counterparty, commercial terms, compliance, inspection, payment, logistics and delivery) have been organized and their evidence status made clear.

Does ACMX guarantee every seller or shipment?

No. Verification is evidence-based and specific to each transaction. Any unresolved condition remains subject to diligence, documentation and a definitive agreement.

Does AI make binding trades automatically?

No. AI and automation help with research, analysis, documentation and workflow. Authorized people control binding commercial, legal, compliance and payment decisions.

How does ACMX verify counterparties?

Checks can include corporate identity and authority, KYC/KYB, beneficial-ownership review, sanctions and compliance review, trade history and transaction-specific evidence.

How is material verified?

Depending on the transaction, evidence can include COAs, assays, lot and batch records, title or release authority, physical inspection, and independent sampling and testing.

Are buyer and seller identities public?

No. ACMX is built around controlled disclosure and private transaction environments. Sensitive counterparty relationships are not published by default.

How do I start?

Submit the commodity, specification, quantity, destination, timing and any origin or commercial constraints. The transaction desk will structure the requirement and identify the next diligence and sourcing steps.
